Pans will be cleaned and glazed at our facility using our seven step process below. Call us and we'll discuss your options regarding pricing, shipping, etc...


With the use of a hydraulic press and pan molds made specifically from your pan, this optional service will provide restorative benefits to your pan by correcting pan warping and removing major deformations.


Pans are run through a multi-stage submersion process to remove existing silicone coating and any build-up that the baking process may have left behind.


A freshwater pan washer utilizes high pressure nozzles to assure that the surface of the pan is completely free of any foreign materials.


Clean pans are dried in batch ovens and prepared to receive coating.


Pans are run through our multi-point regulated, 5-time filtered glaze machine to be coated with our proprietary FDA compliant silicone coating: RC Glaze.


Batch ovens are utilized to cure the newly applied silicone coating which assures it's optimal performance.


We offer an in-house pickup and delivery service. If a different shipping method is preferred, we will gladly work with you to make sure all of your needs are met.
